‘Our Mission’

‘The Need’
How do we Empower Women?
The Coffee Connection creates jobs and trains women for sustainable employment as a not-for-profit business selling fair trade, organically-grown, and sustainably-farmed coffee to retail and wholesale customers.
The Coffee Connection is a vital organization in our community because it empowers women who have been impacted by addiction and trauma to apply their skills and knowledge to find fulfilling employment. The Coffee Connection provides an opportunity for women to overcome the challenges they face due to addiction, trauma, past criminal records, and ongoing treatment by fostering a supportive environment where they can share their knowledge and experience with the community. Additionally, the organization offers the chance to learn new job skills, empowering women to overcome obstacles and achieve success.
